There are plenty of tin can grills on the market so when we designed the Madera Pellet Grill, we built it to last. Years of design work and 205 pounds later we created a double wall beast of a grill with over 60 lbs. of high quality 304 stainless steel.
In addition to the stainless steel, the exterior of the grill is high temperature powder coated aluminized steel. Aluminized steel combines the strength of steel with the advantages superior heat resistance and the ability to maintain a better appearance once placed into service. Aluminized and stainless steel are the choice materials for commercial and professional kitchen appliances.
